SGL Ladies do Dodgeball

The Lionesses spent much of Saturday 9th June in a haze it would seem.  Dodgeball was the game this time, and the event the Singapore Dodgeball Tournament at Fort Canning.

In their first match they were pitted against, of all teams - the Singapore Wombats Aussie Rules team (yes, men!).

The Wombats took the match-up fierce seriously altogether, figuring if they couldn't beat the Lions in the Bill Niko Cup, they would try their hand with the Lionesses.

The match, we are told, took less than 2 minutes and alas this time, SGL fell to the mighty Wombats.  At that point mind you, nobody cared as there was beer involved.

Ah well done Wombats!
