SGL Held our annual Awards Night at Durty Nellies Irish Pub on 7th November. We had the opportunity to thank our Coaches: Declan, Donnacha, Ruairi, Sean & Claire, Referee Hugh Smiddy & many more for their huge contribution to the club over the 2009 season.
Additionally the MVPs for each team were announced as voted by each team and the Bill Nikolopoulos Trophy was awarded this year to Melinda Smith for her outstanding contribution all year long. The Bill Niko Trophy is the Clubs highest honour and is presented to the person who best exemplifies the qualities of fun & sportsmanship that Bill represented.
