What a great weekend in KL!!! Well done to everyone who travelled and thanks to the coaches and
everyone else involved in organising the weekend. The men’s red team brought back the (slightly… eh… ‘redesigned’) Men’s cup with the white team coming in second place.
The cubs showed off a fantastic level of skill (if only I could solo like that…) and fought until the last minute, but were unlucky in the end and lost by only a point. Close match and KL better watch out next time!
The ladies got their hands on the new ladies cup, after being run into the ground by some very fit teenagers who, judging on their speed, have not yet discovered the wonderful world of beer! Definitely a team to look out for in Bangkok this year... I, for one, am still walking like a 90 year old and am strongly considering investing in a walking frame… Possibly also a sign that four months of being a couch potato since Penang was not the best idea I have ever had.
