SGL is an amateur sporting club with Mens and Ladies Gaelic Football and Hurling teams, both the National sports of Ireland. The club also has very active Kids section along with a vibrant Social scene and Charity programme. The club is open to new members, regardless of your playing ability or experience. The Singapore Gaelic Cubs started back training for the 2010 season under the leadership of Peter Tierney this year on JANUARY 10th at 09:30am. Venue will be Turf City Centaurs Pitch. Children from ages 4-14 are welcome. Sessions last for about 90 mins. All Welcome! Gulf Gaelic Games 2010 - Dubai SGL will travel to the 2010 Gulf Games in Dubai in February 2010. For more details - click here RECENT EVENTS: Asian Gaelic Games 2009 - October 2009 * Singapore Lionesses do the Double!!!!!.... Ladies Cup Champions for first time ever after an unbeaten run & rain sodden final against holders, Dubai. Ladies Plate Champions for the 2nd year running - also unbeaten all weekend. 9 All-Star Awards & one very deserving MVP award for Tessa McGovern. SGL travelled with 140 players and supporters. SGL fielded 4 Mens, 3 Ladies, Hurling and Cubs teams.
